The Bini family have transformed a Monopoli fish restaurant into a renowned port of call for sea food. Dad, Giovanni, drawing on decades of experience, expertly selects fish, mussels and crustaceans from the day’s catch, all from the clear waters of the Adriatic and the Ionian Seas, while mum, Florinda takes care of every detail in the dining room, so that guests will immediately feel welcomed in a warm, relaxing environment.
Their children, Lucrezia and Graziano, bring new energy and creativity to this story, with its full authentic and traditional flavours.

The sea is the very soul of Lido Bianco. You will find it in the recipes, which reveal all of the quality and variety of this cuisine, and in the colours that fill your gaze, accompanying you as far as the horizon.


Amidst the ceramics from Grottaglie and the comfy seating, the sea is an invitation to relax, to enjoy the views through the large wall of windows, and to see them reflected in the colours of the interior, through to a corner excavated in the rock, which gives the impression of a boat deck.
