The family Graziano and Lucrezia are the heir of Bini’s family and they are the protagonists of the renovation project at Lidobianco restaurant. Thanks to this project, today Lidobianco restaurant is one of the references in Apulia for seafood cuisine.
They are always supported by dad Giovanni and mom Florinda. Dad Giovanni with dedication and decade of experience is engaged in the selection of fish, mussel and shellfish between the Adriatic and Ionian Sea. Mom Florinda, as every lady of the house, is involved in the care of the dining room’s details.
